Our brokerage fee

Our brokerage fee is 5 % (incl. vat 25,5 %) from the debt-free purchase price or according to agreement, the brokerage fee is 4500 euros.

Our Strand Properties Brand Partners create a personalised offer for each property, that way we can ensure the best possible result and exactly the right marketing.

Strand Properties cooperates with other real estate agencies both in Finland as well as internationally. With the seller’s consent a property listed with Strand Properties can be shown to a buyer who is represented by another real estate agency. A Strand Properties agent is always present and is responsible of the sale to the seller. The seller only pays one brokerage fee to Strand Properties. Strand Properties pays a compensation to the cooperating agency after the sale.
